It was hijacked (delayed) by TxDOT on purpose! The only reason 281 is not a freeway with overpasses is due to TxDOT's lockstep with Gov Perry and Commissioner Williamson's plan to tax us to death and toll every piece of asphalt in Texas! I return to my residence 1700-1745 southward. The timing on the lights is like an arm twist. TEX DOT is all about revenue. Goverment has yet to figure out the taxpayer is a limited resource. TEX DOT has shown it can not earn revenue through building an efficent road system. Everything those in favor of toll roads mention revenue...revenue revenue. If you can not earn money you do not deserve money. They have shown they can not handle the taxpayer wisely. David Casteel needs to be tossed out and denied unemployment. He has decieved the public and has shown the arrogance of a goverment employee who believes the people work for him. It is clear that the 281 project is about extorting money from the taxpayer.
